   Organic glass products have filled every aspect of our life, decorating our life and improving our quality. But how can we choose which acrylic products we are satisfied with? 

 1. translucency of board surface: good plexiglass products should have better translucency, with the transmittance reaching 92%. high quality plexiglass products should have good translucency and transparency. those with cloudy and hazy board surface are definitely not high quality products.  

2. Color of plate opening: The plate opening (plate edge) of plexiglass products made of imported raw materials should be transparent. If yellow, discolored and hazy, it is definitely defective. If the plate opening is too yellow, it should be made of recycled materials.  Acrylic plate processing.

  3. Hand feeling of the surface: By touching the plexiglass products, if the surface of the plexiglass products is smooth, round, delicate and has good hand feeling, and it is not easy to leave finger marks, it is a fine product. 

 4. Listen to the sound: if the sound is not crisp and dull when knocking on the surface or corners of plexiglass products, it is the real thing; otherwise, if the knocking sound is crisp and clear, it may be PS material posing as plexiglass products.

 5. Measuring thickness: Measuring dimension tolerance is a relatively simple basic stand

ard for checking the quality of plexiglass products. Good plexiglass products are made of sufficient materials, and their thickness must be relatively thick. In addition, when thin plates are used for the thickness of standard plexiglass products, the thickness specification is increased in units of 0.1mm, and the dimensional tolerance of good quality is within 0.05mm; For later thickness specification differences, the unit is 2~5mm, and the tolerance control within 0.1mm is the top grade.  

6. Deformation and bearing capacity: A good plexiglass product must have better stability and bearing capacity. Within the standard load range, no deformation or distortion shall occur when placing articles randomly.
